Richard Arnold is an RIAI registered architect, and offers a range of architectural services in Dublin and across Ireland to suit your aspirations and budget.

Whatever the project, or size, you can be assured that your needs, budget and desires are understood and reflected in the final design. All projects start with a full discussion of what you want, so that we can work together to achieve the architecture you desire.

Full Architectural Services

This is the highest level of service, where we will see the project through from inception to completion, including a detailed discussion of your requirements, concept design, planning application, preparing detailed construction drawings, tendering for a builder, and inspecting the works during construction. It is the best way to ensure a high standard of finish.

Individual Services

We can also offer at a lower cost, specific levels of design, tailored to your individual requirements. These include feasibility studies, concept design and/or planning submissions.

BCAR Design Certifier and Assigned Certifier

We are qualified to act as Design Certifier and Assigned Certifier to help meet your obligations under the Building Control Amendment Regulations 2014. This is a requirement for most building projects in Ireland.

Project Supervisor Design Process

To comply with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations, building owners are obliged to appoint a competent person to act as a PSDP (Project Supervisor Design Process). The PSDP must coordinate health and safety issues in the design of a building and its subsequent maintenance. Richard Arnold is qualified to act in this role.
